
(KRON) — A pair of site visitors stops earlier this week led to 2 arrests and the seizure of a wide range of medication and an unregistered “ghost gun,” in response to the Livermore Police Division.
Livermore PD pulled a car over for a number of car violations. The motive force, 51-year-old Rene Reyes from Hayward, didn’t have a driver’s license, in response to Livermore PD. He additionally had a number of prior arrests on firearms prices.
Officers discovered 1.58 grams of methamphetamine on Reyes. Contained in the car, they discovered 3.1 extra grams of meth together with a loaded, unregistered handgun. Reyes was arrested on gun and drug prices.
Someday prior, Livermore PD was patrolling a car parking zone on Vasco Highway. The patrolling officer noticed a car he acknowledged as belonging to a person on felony probation. Drug paraphernalia was seen contained in the car, police mentioned.
The automobile was searched and officers discovered two ounces of meth, one ounce of fentanyl and 60 Xanax tablets. The suspect, 38-year-old Mark Sarkes of Modesto, was arrested on drug prices.
