Five – sometimes called 5ive – was formed in 1997 by the same people who managed the Spice Girls.

The line-up included Sean Conlon, Richie Neville, Scott Robinson, Abz Love and Jason “J” Brown.

Richie has proven a fan favorite with his brash persona and youthful demeanor.

He bounced back and forth between floppy curtain hairstyles and spiked bleach blondes.

Covering the Queen track We will Rock You, the band sold over 10 million records worldwide during its heyday.

The boys split on September 27, 2001, but have reunited several times over the years.

The five have reunited for the Boys Are Back Tour in 2020, but former members J Brown and Abz Love have announced they will not be participating.

So Richie led Sean and Scott instead.

However, during his time away from the band, Pop Hunk solidified his appearance.

Atomic Kitten’s Natasha Hamilton and the father of a daughter have built up their physique through repeated gym sessions.

His Instagram page is filled with snaps showing him training, as well as of him getting a new tattoo on his gym vest.

He also dyed his hair a dark brunette shade.

Commenting on his new look, he wrote on his Instagram:

“I think I’m feeling down. Limbo. But six months ago, I decided I had had enough and hid my weight well, but made a commitment to exercise regularly and I decided to share my progress.

“There are still some left, but I’m feeling better about myself.

“Wonton body shot over. Normal business resumes.”
