Many people often complain about trying different types of diets, but they don’t work and don’t lead to the desired weight loss.

Try to rest: You should train up to 5 times a week.
Take a week off every 8-12 weeks to help rejuvenate your body. You need to train to build muscle, but do it gradually, gaining weight and strength weekly instead of daily. Also, focus on each part of your body separately. It is not possible to train all the muscles of the whole body at once. Example: 1 day on legs, 1 day on shoulders, 1 day on ABS.
