AD Port Group launches logistics and freight services in Uzbekistan

The United Arab Emirates AD Port Group has signed an agreement with the Enter Engineering Group to launch a new business to provide logistics and freight services in the Central Asian country of Uzbekistan.

Under the agreement, the two companies will establish a joint venture to manage logistics and freight services such as air, sea, land and rail logistics, warehousing, contract logistics and customs clearance.

The AD Ports Group will also support the company’s work on bidding in the UAE, with a particular focus on the energy sector. Founded in 2012, Enter Engineering Group is one of the fastest growing companies in the industrial construction market in Central Asia.

The length of office is the latest in a series of international agreements signed by the AD Ports Group and the first of its kind with major Uzbek companies.

According to the Uzbekistan Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, the UAE and Uzbekistan have made significant progress in developing a portfolio of joint investment projects in recent years, with approximately 15 projects currently being developed at a value of $ 5 billion.
