Alec Engineering and Contracting, part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), has appointed Andy Bouttle as responsible for digital construction.

In this newly created role, Bouttle will focus on digitizing the entire value chain of Alec’s projects, with a focus on improving workflow communication and vertical efficiency.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Boutle has a variety of engineering and management roles as both a consultant and a contractor, most recently specializing in BIM. In his recent position, he was responsible for the Kier Group’s BIM–Construction Division.
