An incredible moment when a farmer desperately slows down a ferocious wildfire to save his neighbor’s house

HERO farmers saved their neighbors’ homes from the fierce wildfire by cultivating crops fearlessly around the flames.

The footage showed the farmer incredibly using a tractor to cut through the path of fire and ride just a few meters away from the flames.
The video was captured by farm owner Andy Barr. Andy Barr praised his “good neighbor” for his fearless and courageous actions.
He writes: “Tell everyone to be careful what they do along the roads and paths where 20ha of spring barley is burning.
“This photo from my son was when the wind headed for my brother’s house. Fortunately, TCAgri’s Bill Alexander and Johnny & Erie saved the day.”
The wildfire was furious for 90 minutes before it was extinguished, but thankfully all the locals escaped safely.
