Andrea Pisac: Learn more about the authors of popular Croatian cookbooks in English

Thanks to her recipe, thousands of people around the world have mastered Croatian cuisine and desserts.

Andrea Pisac Wrote two best-selling Croatian cookbooks in English – Croatian Desserts: 50 Authentic Recipes Made at Home When Croatian classics: 100 delicious dishes to please family and friends..

Born in Croatia, Andrea studied in the United Kingdom and earned a master’s and doctoral degree in anthropology. She left a successful academic background there and she returned to Croatia almost 10 years ago.

Since then, many have come to know the authors who have been liked and published through her blog “Croatia Honestly”. She writes about her food, history and culture. The Croatian talk show she hosted on Saturday is livestreamed on Facebook with her husband Nikica.

Andrea writes Croatian cookbooks, as well as publishes novels and other works.
