Arrests made in taking pictures deaths of Santa Rosa teenagers, 14-year-old accused of taking pictures

(KRON) — A complete of seven individuals have been arrested in reference to the taking pictures deaths of two 15-year-olds in Santa Rosa, in response to the Santa Rosa Police Division. Each killings occurred in June, and police imagine each are gang-related. One of many suspected shooters is a 14-year-old boy, and the opposite is a 21-year-old man who was arrested in Las Vegas.

Corby Avenue murder

On June 16, police discovered a 15-year-old boy in a car parking zone on the 2300 block of Corby Ave. He later died at a hospital.

Police arrested the suspected shooter, 21-year-old Kobi Benjamin of Santa Rosa, in Las Vegas on Monday evening. The Las Vegas Police Division helped SRPD arrest him at an area residence.

Benjamin can be extradited to Sonoma County within the subsequent few weeks. There are not any different suspects, per SRPD.

Blacksmith Manner murder
