BCR Group and Arval Romania have signed an agreement to transfer part of BCR Fleet Management’s operational leasing activities.
The deal was signed last week and the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the year, subject to certain preceding conditions, including approval from the Romanian Competition Council.
The agreement also envisions cooperation between the two companies in marketing Arval’s sustainable mobility services to BCR’s customers.
This transaction is in line with the BCR Group’s strategy of not only focusing on core banking products, but also continuing to provide mobility solutions to clients in an efficient manner.
