Pavel Blažek, the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic, said he would discuss details on how to proceed with the issue of war crimes committed in Ukraine at the International Criminal Court in The Hague within two weeks.
Brajek said Wednesday that individual states must make decisions about what each state needs to do and what the ICC is responsible for.
The Attorney General said Prague’s Supreme State lawyer is currently investigating the first suspected war crime in Ukraine.
He also said that war crimes committed as part of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will undoubtedly be the theme of the Czech President of the EU later this year.
