Bosch agrees to acquire stake in Husqvarna AB

Bosch issued a press release this morning saying it had agreed to acquire a stake in Husqvarna AB, subject to approval, making its stake around 12%.

No new Husqvarna AB shares have been issued.
Husqvarna Group was founded in 1689 and today is a global manufacturer of innovative products and solutions for forest, park and garden management. The range includes robotic lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, riding lawn mowers and garden irrigation.
Bosch GmbH is a German company that is Europe’s largest manufacturer of automotive components and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of automotive ignition, fuel injection and anti-lock braking systems.
