Bosch agrees to acquire stake in Husqvarna AB

Bosch issued a press release this morning saying it had agreed to acquire a stake in Husqvarna AB, subject to approval, making its stake around 12%.

“We welcome Bosch as a major shareholder of the Husqvarna Group. We have worked closely together during the development of the Power for All Alliance to support our electrification journey.Tom Johnstone, Chairman of the Board of Husqvarna Group, said:

No new Husqvarna AB shares have been issued.

Husqvarna Group was founded in 1689 and today is a global manufacturer of innovative products and solutions for forest, park and garden management. The range includes robotic lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, riding lawn mowers and garden irrigation.
