California Marine charged with sexual assault of lacking 14-year-old woman present in Camp Pendleton barracks

A Marine at California’s Camp Pendleton has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old woman who was present in a base barracks, the army introduced.

Army prosecutors charged the Marine with sexual assault of a minor and with violating liberty restriction from an earlier, unrelated case. After a preliminary listening to scheduled for Aug. 17, authorities will determine whether or not he’ll face a court-martial, stated a press release from Capt. Charles Palmer with the first Marine Logistics Group.

The Marine’s id and different particulars of the case, akin to when and the way he met {the teenager} and the way she acquired onto the bottom, weren’t instantly launched.
