After a “successful and exclusive” series of four events this summer, the Chef’s Table gastronomic experience is scheduled for this Saturday (October 1) at 8pm at Albufeira’s Pine Cliffs Resort. Changed to a year-long series.

According to the resort, MIMO Algarve’s kitchen will host Chef’s Table events every Saturday through the end of the year.

Attendees will be welcomed by the resort’s chef and sommelier, while guest VIP chefs will also appear at some yet-to-be-announced special edition events.

Upon arrival, attendees can enjoy a welcome drink served at the resort’s Lemon Square. This is followed by an 8-course dinner with a carefully crafted menu aimed at showcasing the Algarve’s best seasonal produce paired with local wines.

During dinner, the chef can sit at the table with the guests and enjoy the meal together, creating a “unique and intimate experience.”

MIMO Algarve’s open kitchen allows customers to watch the chefs prepare each dish and learn more about the techniques and ingredients used.

Each ‘Chef’s Table’ runs from 8pm to 11pm and has limited seating. Prices for him start at €160 per person and must be booked in advance.

These “adults-only” events are open to anyone interested in participating, not just resort guests.

MIMO Algarve is open 24/7 and also offers tapas and wine tastings, an espresso bar specializing in specialty coffees and artisanal pastries, and a shop with local products such as teas, jams, honey and the new craft beer Falésia. increase.
