Comedian indicted for leaked sex tape

Nassau | Local comedian King Kloud is being charged with defamation over leaked sex tape.

Prosecutors allege that on March 24, 2022, an entertainer named Terrance Gilbert II recorded a woman performing oral sex without her permission.

Additionally, the 24-year-old is accused of defaming the plaintiff by leaking an illegally recorded sex tape.

Gilbert pleaded not guilty to charges of voyeurism and willful defamation when he appeared before magistrate Shaka Serville.

He was granted $3,500 bail and returned to court on November 29 to begin his trial.
