Contra Costa Animal Providers waiving adoption charges amid crowded shelters

(KRON) — All animals at Contra Costa Animal Providers shelters might be free to undertake through the month of June because the county shelters close to full capability, in line with CCAS. In an effort to clear shelter area, CCAS is searching for adopters and certified foster houses to assist alleviate the crowded shelters.
