Popular brunch spot Lola’s Cafe will be temporarily closing starting next Monday, January 30th.
Covan’s original outlet is said to be closed for two months for renovations. Instagram post Uploaded on January 25th.
The cafe is scheduled to reopen in April 2023.
Located in the Covan district, the cafe first opened its doors to customers in 2013.
In an Instagram post, the company shared plans to renovate its Koban store for its 10th anniversary, “making the Lola experience even better” and offering a “vacation” from city life.
Patrons who want to eat the signature grub at Lola’s Cafe can still visit the second outlet in Holland Village.
A second outlet in Holland Village has been open for eight months. July 2022.
They offer a menu similar to mains, drinks, and desserts, and outlet-only items such as tsukune sandwiches and various variations of pasta are also available.
Lola’s Cafe is best known for brunch sets such as “Lola’s Breakfast” (S$19) and “Pulled Pork and Avocado Eggs Benedict” (S$18) and all-day starters such as “Truffle Fries”. (S$12) and “Honey Paprika Chicken Wings” (S$11).
