COVID-19 48% reduction in intensive care unit-FIASO-English

(ANSA)-May 25 Rome-The number of COVID-19 patients in the Italian intensive care unit decreased by 48% on May 24 compared to the previous week, the Italian Hospital Health Machine Association (FIASO) said. Said on Wednesday.

The total number of coronavirus patients in the hospital has decreased by 16% in a week.

It is said that 12 hospitals had no COVID patients in the intensive care unit.

According to the federation, 29 of the hospitalized COVID patients were minors, a decrease of 21.6% in a week.

None of the children’s COVID patients received intensive care.

It is said that 55% of children’s cases are considered to be under 5 years old. (ANSA).
