COVID: Admission is down 16.3% and has been on the decline for over a month-English
(ANSA)-Rome, June 8-COVID-19 hospitalization in the intensive care unit (ICU) has decreased by 16.3% from last week, the Italian Health Hospital Federation (FIASO) said Wednesday.
In the general ward, the decline was 15.9%.
It was a drop for the fifth straight week, it said.
In ER, the number of patients decreased by 24.2%.
According to FIASO, the percentage of anti-vacers in the ICU was over 40%.
