(KRON) — An individual died after a suspected drunk driver plowed into a mud embankment on Byron Freeway Saturday evening, in keeping with the California Freeway Patrol.
Round 11:07 p.m., CHP obtained reviews of a crash on Byron Freeway, simply south of Clifton Courtroom. A Chevrolet Suburban with two folks inside was headed south on the freeway when it “left the roadway” and crashed into a mud embankment.
The passenger was pronounced lifeless when CHP and emergency medical personnel arrived on the scene. The motive force suffered “main” accidents within the crash and was taken to an area hospital.

CHP officers performed a DUI investigation on the hospital, and the driving force was arrested on suspicion of driving beneath the affect.
