Croatia becomes the first junior champion of world beach handball

Croatia became the first junior champion of world beach handball.
Croatia won the gold medal at the IHF Men’s Youth Beach Handball World Cup in Greece.
What’s more, Croatia’s Antonio Cranjevic was named the best goalkeeper of the championship.
In the main phase of the World Cup, Croatia defeated Iran 2: 1 and Sweden 2: 0 and Qatar 2: 1 to advance to the quarterfinals.
Croatia defeated Ukraine 2: 0 in the semi-finals and France 2: 1 in the semi-finals. In the final, Croatia performed impressively, beating Brazil 2-1.
