Czech Republic provides Ukraine with an additional € 18 million in humanitarian aid

The Czech government will provide Ukraine with an additional € 18 million in humanitarian aid, Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský announced at a donor conference in Warsaw on Thursday. So far, the Czech Republic has provided € 22 million (more than 540 million koruna) worth of aid.

Lipabsky said more assistance was needed given the ongoing conflict and growing humanitarian needs. The Czech Foreign Minister also said the Czech Republic could host another donor conference in the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union later this year.
