Dr. Al-Rabeer Meets Guinean Minister and UNRWA Executive Director

Riyadh — Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, Advisor to the Royal Court and Superintendent of the King Salman Center for Humanitarian Aid and Relief (KSrelief), met with the two leaders here on Sunday to discuss bilateral issues.

First, he met with Dr. Morisanda Cuyate, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, African Integration and Guineans Abroad of the Republic of Guinea.

Afterwards, I met with Philip Lazarini, Director General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA).

In a meeting with the Guinean Ministers, they discussed cooperation and joint coordination on humanitarian and relief issues, as well as mechanisms to support humanitarian efforts in Guinea.

The Minister commended the Kingdom’s effective and humanitarian role at the international level and praised KSrelief’s efforts to alleviate the suffering of the needy and affected people around the world.

In meeting with Lazzarini, they discussed common concerns related to relief and humanitarian efforts and ways to strengthen cooperation between KSrelief and UNRWA.

They also discussed UNRWA’s participation in the 3rd Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum to be held in February next year. — Spa
