Abu Dhabi: Dubai Butterfly Garden is the largest butterfly garden in the world and is home to more than 45 species of about 15,000 butterflies. It is close to the Dubai Miracle Garden and easily accessible by car or public transport.
They roam specially grown nectar plants and food stations via 10 specially designed and temperature-controlled domes, and the garden covers an area of over 6000 square meters.
There is a white-painted gazebo in the middle of each dome, allowing visitors to sit and enjoy the immersive butterfly experience while dozens of birds fly.
The entire area is specially landscaped to contain a variety of colorful nectar plants. There are also 15 food stations where butterflies can eat nutritional syrups and fruits such as mangoes, pineapples and watermelons.
