Fuel prices soar after price caps end

Ljubljana – Slovenian fuel prices soared on Sunday after the government decided to end price control. Regular gasoline is about 8% higher than yesterday, and diesel is up more than 20%. According to data reported by gas stations, depending on the provider, typical petrol prices range from € 1,617 to € 1,619 per liter and up to € 1,628 on the highway.
