The company said Tuesday that Cuemath, a global edtech platform, is expanding to Saudi Arabia.
This move comes after the company’s launch and growth in the UAE, and its recent expansion into Qatar.
With Google’s support, Cuemath started its business in the UAE in June 2021 and has since grown its subscriber base by 600% to 180,000 customers.
One-on-one personalized mathematics learning platforms currently exist in more than 50 countries around the world, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Nigeria, India and Thailand. According to the statement, the program is led by over 10,000 teachers from a variety of professional backgrounds.
Ken Research suggests that the Kingdom’s education and engineering market is expected to record a combined annual growth rate of 21% between 2020 and 2025. In addition, the digitization of education, which is prioritized in the national “Vision 2030” strategy, has gained support from public policy.
Vivek Sunder, CEO of Cuemath, said: Since joining the UAE last year, the appeal of Cuemath’s unique teaching methods has spread rapidly throughout the region.
“The kingdom’s population is young, digital connections are increasing, and education is a high priority for public policy. This combination is a fertile land for Cuemath and for future math-related work in the digital economy. I look forward to preparing the children of the Kingdom. “
