From January 31st to February 13th, the award-winning Cantonese restaurant Hakkasan Doha in The St. Regis Doha prepares to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year in style in honor of the Tiger Year.
According to the statement, the restaurant will offer a special edition menu with special dishes, desserts and tiger-inspired drinks.

The New Year menu is priced at least 2 people and starts with a trio happiness dim sum platter consisting of drinks and “Yu Sheng” smoked salmon salad, grilled truffle duck puffs and tiger shrimp dumplings. And wild mushroom puffs.
The main dish is stir-fried wild sea bass with enoki mushrooms and spicy sesame soybeans, in addition to salt crust fortune baked chicken with chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Gold Tiger Stripe-Orange Dark Chocolate Firecrackers and mandarin sorbets with orange cards, orange compotes, orange madeleines and chocolate mousse to mark the end of a gorgeous feast.
