Sinoocean Offshore Assets Management Limited, the owner of China’s state-owned offshore vessel, has signed a contract with Ulstein Electrical Technology (UET) to supply spare parts and aftermarket services to Sinoocean’s fleet.
Sinoocean owns 58 rigs, 34 platform supply vessels (PSVs), anchor handling tugboat supply vessels (AHTS), and 10 other offshore units. The four Ulstein-designed PSVs manufactured by SWS and the four Ulstein-designed PSVs manufactured by Wuchang Shipyard are currently owned and controlled by Sinoocean.
