Highest Slovenian bond yield since bank bailout

Ljubljana – High inflation and the outlook for monetary policy regulation have weakened interest in government bonds in the secondary market and raised government bond yields. Yields on Slovenian 10-year bonds have exceeded 2%. Yields on benchmark German bonds on the MTS electronic exchange reached 1% temporarily for the first time since 2015, when the euro area was still recovering from the debt crisis of some member countries.
