HRC, Challenges Facing Persons with Disabilities, APD to Address Problems

Riyadh — The Agency for Disabled Persons (APD) and the Human Rights Commission (HRC) met to discuss aspects of cooperation and discuss joint issues.

HRC represented Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Alkhalil Commission Vice-Chair and APD represented Dr Hisham Alhaidary.

Both sides discussed aspects of cooperation on issues and challenges faced by persons with disabilities, and the benefits of joint research and research by both sides.

In addition to participating in the Ad Hoc Commission for Persons with Disabilities, HRC works with APD to contribute to education and public awareness of the rights of persons with disabilities.
