recently videoaccounts share tips on how to properly clean your bathroom.

“If you weren’t taught how to clean properly while growing up, that’s okay. Neither was I, so let me teach you,” the cleaner revealed.

Starting with the “basics,” a TikTok user said the first thing you should do when cleaning your bathroom is remove everything that gets in your way.

“You’ll want to clean the cleanest first and the dirtiest last,” they added.

“If you go in that order, you’ll want to go to the sink, the tub, and the toilet.”

While cleaning the sink, Poster used a detail brush to sweep around the faucet.

“Obviously, pick your favorite cleaning product,” they said, opting to use the Bonami Cleansing Power and Scrub Daddy Brush.

To give the mirror a streak-free finish, the cleaner said Sprayway glass cleaner.

The bathtub is next, and according to the poster, the best advice they can give is to invest in a tile scrubber.

“It saves a lot of time and energy,” they said. “And you don’t have to break your back anymore.”

Finally, in the restroom, the poster reads, “It is very important that the detergent is left on for the recommended amount of time to ensure proper disinfection.

“Then I’m going to scrub the floor behind the toilet in the meantime.”

Another lifehack the poster shared is to remember that “less is more.”

“I like to limit myself to one or two detergents at most when cleaning around the house.”

After rinsing everything off, the poster fills up the soap dispenser and finally completes cleaning the bathroom.

“I hope this helps someone who is having trouble cleaning their own space but doesn’t know where to start,” read the caption.

“I was in your position two years ago! I’ll follow you and help you.”
