Inflation in Greece jumped to 8% in March, says EUROSTAT

Greece’s inflation rate surged to 8% year-on-year in March, according to preliminary data released Friday by the European Union’s Census Bureau Eurostat.

Annual inflation in the euro area is expected to be 7.5% in March 2022, up from 5.9% in February.
