Is A New Conflict Possible Between Armenia And Azerbaijan?

video length 24 minutes 10 seconds

Armenia and Azerbaijan have blamed each other for renewed fighting near the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.

Although the region is recognized as part of Azerbaijan, it is mostly ruled by Armenians.

Two Karabakh troops and one Azerbaijani soldier were killed in an area under Russian peacekeepers’ surveillance.

Recent violence has sparked calls for calm from Russia, NATO and the European Union.

Both sides have accused each other of breaking the 2020 ceasefire.

So can the ceasefire be maintained and new conflicts prevented?
