Isosport, the global market leader in plastic composites for the ski and snowboard industry, has acquired Novo Tech Group, a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic products. The deal includes his two production sites in Poland and Romania (Oradea) operated by Novo Tech Group, as well as an additional sales site in Belgium. Through this transaction, Isosport strengthens its leading role as a market leader and industry specialist with a growth strategy focused on diversifying its business and identifying and succeeding in niche markets.

NNDKP provided legal assistance in all aspects of Romania, including due diligence analysis, transaction structuring, relevant transaction documents and closing procedures for the Romanian company operating the manufacturing plant in Oradea.
