Kuwait is ranked 7th among foreigners buying real estate in Turkey

According to the Turkish Institute of Statistics, Kuwaiti citizens ranked 7th among foreigners who bought real estate in Turkey last year.

The Kuwaiti purchased 1,791 lots in 2021 and were ranked 7th on the list of foreign real estate buyers. Iranians are 10,056, Iraqis 8,661, Russians 5,379, Germans 2,358, and Kazakhs 2,090. In a newly released statement, the institute added that real estate sales to foreigners increased by 43.5% compared to last year, with sales in this category reaching 58,576 units in 2021.
