Kuwait Pavilion holds workshops to promote children’s literature

Kuwait Pavilion Expo 2020 Dubai hosted a series of workshops on children’s literature by renowned Kuwaiti writer Hibamandani. The workshop aimed to educate children through fairy tales that strengthen the curriculum taught at school.

The workshop used a variety of children’s literature to encourage children to use their imagination, develop creative skills, develop language skills, and improve their listening skills.

Hibamandani is an award-winning Kuwaiti children’s writer. She is known to bring her own personal experience to the page through her imagination and creativity. She enthusiastically supports teaching children using children’s literature.

Hiba Mandani describes the importance of children’s literature in children’s education:

Children are more likely to learn and internalize their learning better when they are offered to them in the way they relate to. We want to use stories that reinforce the same concepts that children learn at school so that they can better understand them. “

“Children are the future, and it is very important that we educate them in the right way so that they can lead us all to a better tomorrow,” she concludes. I did.

The workshop was held from February 6th to 11th at the Kuwait Pavilion at the Dubai International Exposition.
