Kuwaiti ophthalmologist surgically restores eyesight in Palestinian children
Dr. Khaled Al-Sabti, a Kuwaiti ophthalmologist, succeeded in restoring the eyesight of an 11-year-old Palestinian girl living in a Jordanian refugee camp after an emergency operation in Kuwait.

When he visited the Syrian refugee camp as part of the KRCS delegation last February, he said the Palestinian child Loa was said to have lost sight of almost a year.
KRCS has undertaken the procedure for accepting children with the help of the Kuwaiti Embassy in Jordan. She arrived in Kuwait last week with her father.
On her side, KUNA’s KRCS Secretary-General Maha Al-Barjas emphasized KRCS’s enthusiasm for working with partners to carry out different humanitarian and relief efforts throughout the year in different countries.
