
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (BCN) — The Santa Rosa Hearth Division tweeted at 9:16 p.m. it’s getting reviews of lightning strikes seen to the north of Santa Rosa.
The Nationwide Climate Service stated Sunday there’s an opportunity of thunderstorms in Northern California, down into the North Bay Space and Marin, Sonoma, Solano and Napa counties, between 9 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday.
That might embody occasional lightning, restricted rain, wind gusts and potential hearth hazard from lightning strikes.
The NWS stated Sunday “Elevated convection possibilities will likely be rising over parts of inside NorCal as upper-level moisture streams north into Northern California. We might see some in a single day and early morning thunderstorm exercise.”
