The Gardai of Kells continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding Larisa Servan’s death.
A Romanian woman in her 20s was found dead at her home near Asboy shortly after 5am on Friday.
The accident occurred in the Townland area of Russmore, about four kilometers from Asboy.
National Ambulance Service staff were also present at the scene where the woman was declared dead.
Local Councilman David Gilroy told Newstalk that the incident occurred in a very quiet area.
“Essentially a church and a school. There is a vast rural hinterland around the epicenter, but the house where the incident happened would be very close by the church.”
Gardaí launched an investigation and an incident room was set up at Kells Garda station.
