(KRON) — The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Workplace Coroner Division has recognized the person who was discovered useless in a parking zone earlier this week.
Abel Garza, 41, of Santa Rosa was discovered unresponsive within the 20 block of Matheson Road simply after 10 a.m. on Monday. He was later pronounced deceased by medical personnel, based on the Healdsburg Police Division.
