MEW Releases Multi-Chain Web Extension for Polkadot (DOT)

MEW (My Ether Wallet), platform Announced the launch of a new cross-chain to access the Ethereum ecosystem browser extensionEnkrypt supports transactions between Ethereum and Polkadot.

For the first time, MEW users will have access to Polkadot, a sharding protocol that allows blockchains to work seamlessly together at scale. Enkrypt supports his MEW goal of providing secure, private and seamless access to dApps, NFTs, staking services and more.

The web extension was built with the support of the Web3 Foundation, a Swiss organization. 400+ grants For projects built on the Polkadot and Kusama networks.

“Interoperability between blockchains is a top priority for MEW users and an important step towards broader crypto adoption. We aim to improve the overall user experience and give users access to the best parts of Ethereum and Polkadot.”
Kosala HemachandraCEO and Founder of MEW

Developers believe the pending Ethereum merge will help fuel web3’s growth by making it easier than ever to participate in blockchain operations.

MEW’s Enkrypt extension recognizes the potential for merging to create enthusiasm to interact with Ethereum across other blockchains, including Polkadot (DOT).

At launch, MEW’s Enkrypt web extension will allow users to:

  • Trade assets across the Ethereum (ETH) and Polkadot (DOT) ecosystems
  • Available for Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers
  • Integrate natively with MEW’s wallet platform on both browser and mobile.

“This integration will provide the Polkadot community with an easy-to-use and robust wallet solution, while MEW’s existing user base will be able to tap into Polkadot’s vibrant cross-chain ecosystem of general-purpose computing platforms and application-specific blockchains.” will be able to access the

At launch, Enkrypt by MEW will offer cross-chain access with the Polkadot ecosystem through integration with Parachain. Fudo Myoo When moonlight, along with any accompanying canary networks.
