A 36-year-old girl has been arrested on fees of torture and baby abuse inflicting dying in reference to the dying of her toddler daughter, authorities introduced on Sunday.
The incident unfolded on Saturday, June 24, when deputies with the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Division responded to a house within the 11400 block of Russet Place simply after 2 a.m., in line with an SBSD information launch.
