Riyadh — The Department of Energy has opened to the public a new service for filing petrol station related complaints through its website.
The website service was launched by the Permanent Executive Committee of Service Centers and Gas Stations. Complaints about violations of services provided by service centers and gas stations can be filed through the website, it said.
In addition to petrochemicals, the public can lodge complaints regarding services related to petroleum products, gas, petrol stations and service centres.

This allows you to make a complaint within the data required, which you can describe and then submit.
It is worth noting that the Commission is composed by decisions of last year’s Ministerial Conference and includes representatives from 11 ministries and government agencies.
