Spanish yachtsman Garcia’s yacht moored in Kyrenia’s old port.entering the country without permission’ And then deported and disappeared, Yenidzen reported.
The yacht in question had been impounded due to communication problems between immigration and customs.

Yacht owner and hotelier Federico Garcia apparently headed for Kyrenia after spotting it on a chart while sailing in the Mediterranean. Sentenced to 15 days in prison after appearing in court, Garcia was deported after serving his sentence.
The court said,The sailing yacht belonged to the defendant and should be returned to its rightful owner”.
