On Wednesday, a majority of the Norwegian Parliament (Storting) agreed to a proposal for a new law that would set stricter requirements for Norwegian dog owners.

The proposal states, among other things, that dog owners need to prevent dogs from entering situations where they can harm people, animals, property, or things, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) said. I am writing.

Dog owners also need to acquire the necessary abilities to meet their needs and the ability to train their dogs.

The Norwegian Kennel Club (NKK) believes that this proposal is an improvement over current law.

The new law on proper dog breeding will be finalized at Storting on May 24th.
