Currently, it costs about 9,200 kroner on average to rent a studio apartment. However, prices have fallen slightly in Oslo, Utleie megleren figures show.

Utleiemegleren wrote on Wednesday that the average price of a one-room apartment in March was SEK 9,188, up 6% from the previous month.

At the same time, prices were almost unchanged from March last year.

The student cities of Trondheim (30%) and Bergen (13%) recorded the fastest growth. In Oslo, in contrast, studio apartment rental prices have fallen by 4%.

Vibecke Lyse Augdal of Utleiemegleren says this may be because families with young children want more space. At the same time, studio apartments are in demand from both students and foreign workers.
