(KRON) — An arrest has been made in reference to a murder that occurred final month close to the Oakland Embarcadero, in response to the Oakland Police Division. Victor Sledge has been arrested within the killing of Nicole Marcy on July 19 within the 1200 block of 18th Avenue.
