Palestinian prisoners strike to protest Israeli abuse

Hamas detainees in Israeli prisons went on unlimited hunger strikes to protest Israeli abuse.

However, a statement from the Palestinian resistance group on Sunday did not provide details on the number of detainees who participated in the strike.

Palestinian prisoners have complained about Israeli abuse of Israeli female detainees.

Last week, Hamas detainees stabbed Israeli guards at Nafa prison in southern Israel in protest of abuse of Palestinian female prisoners.
