Palo Alto man robbed in his personal yard after suspect pops out of foliage: police

(KRON) — A Palo Alto man was standing in his personal yard early Monday morning when a suspect popped out of the comb and robbed him, the Palo Alto Police Division stated. The suspect stays at massive.

Police have been referred to as to the 3000 block of Ross Highway at 12:26 a.m. Monday for the report of a stolen necklace.

“The investigation revealed that the sufferer, a person in his forties, had been in his yard when
male topic emerged from the foliage and demanded cash. When the sufferer refused, the
suspect forcibly ripped a necklace from the sufferer’s neck and fled on foot,” PAPD stated.

The sufferer was not injured within the incident.

The suspect was described by police as a Hispanic man in his 40s, standing about 5-foot-10 with a skinny construct. He was carrying a blue hooded sweatshirt and darkish pants.
