Pansy Prian Robotics Competition June 25-26 (Video)

The 5th Pansea Prian Robotics Robotics Competition will be held at the University of Cyprus on June 25th and 26th, 2022 (10 am-4pm).

The Robotex Cyprus22 Robotics Festival, hosted by the Cyprus Computer Association, will be honored with the attendance of Speaker of the House of Representatives, Annita Dimitriou.

625 robotics engineers, students, students, and adults from all over Cyprus will participate in a contest (with robots) to participate in 20 different tasks.

The event will be open not only to the athlete’s parents, relatives and friends, but also to the general public who enjoy robot fighting and visit robot project exhibitions.

Specifically, on Saturday, June 25th, the LINE FOLLOWING series will be enhanced in fields with various obstacles that robots must avoid. In the MAZE contest, robots try to find an exit like the mythical Theseus, and in the FOLKRACE rally many robots compete on an innovative platform at the same time.

On Sunday, June 26th, at SUMO based on Japan’s famous wrestling, robots will try to move each other out of the field. The contest will include the COLOR PICKING Challenge and the new GIRLS FIRE-FIGHTING aimed at attracting more women to the STEAM sector.

On both days of Robotex, elementary school students will present an educational robot project on the environmental theme of waste management.

In the event area, there is an interactive information kiosk with “sweet” surprises and other activities while the program includes music and dance interventions!

Please note that the winning team has the right to participate in their respective international completions in Estonia, where Cyprus has won awards in the past!
