Parolee with ankle monitor commits extra crimes in Livermore: chief

(KRON) — When 21-year-old Colby Berry was launched from state jail, he was ordered to obey all legal guidelines and put on a GPS monitoring ankle monitor. The convicted Fremont felon was additionally assigned a probation officer.
